[Feature request] Including the session ID in the generated pdf and xml report

Hey,

I was wondering if it's possible to always have the sessionID in the test report (xml or pdf)? I am aware that we could add a log in each of our test cases, but maybe this could be done systematically?

All reports that include test session details now include the session identifier. This applies both in PDF reports ...

... and XML reports:
