Reroute invitations.$(product_host)/dev/doc -> swagger doc for invitations service. website should be password protected as well

This adds invitations.osparc.io/dev/doc with password authentication.

@mrnicegyu11 make sure to propagate this to all deploys (e.g. still not available in production). It would be very handy for diagnostics on the invitation service.
