Summary
Consolidates the per-scope CompatHelper PRs for ITensorMPS 0.4 into a single PR covering all four
Project.tomlfiles in the repo (root,docs/,examples/,test/). Adds0.4to the compat range while keeping0.3reachable for downstream consumers.Rebased onto current
main.Closes #35, #36, #37. Older duplicates (#29, #30, #31, #32) already closed.
