IntegrationTest.yml: match the current skeleton — use
pull_request_target, drop the paths: "Project.toml" filter, add
fail-fast: false and secrets: "inherit". Fixes the required-check
report shape.
examples/README.jl: add from the skeleton template so
ITensorFormatter.make_index!(pkgdir(...)) in docs/make.jl has a source
file to render into docs/src/index.md. Fixes the Documentation CI
failure ("cannot find inputfile examples/README.jl").
