Summary
Consolidates the per-scope CompatHelper PRs for ITensorMPS 0.4 into a single PR covering
Project.toml(root) andtest/Project.toml. Adds0.4to the compat range while keeping0.3reachable for downstream consumers.Rebased onto current
main.Closes #30. Older duplicates (#26, #27) already closed.
