What will happen if I delete refra does it also delete my photos and videos after decrypting from vault for clearing up space

This is just a guess, but are you using the private folder function? If so, likely that's why the storage is so high and since refra has encrypted those, yes, you would lose access if you removed refra.

Fyi, that's the case when using a 'private' folder function with any gallery app.
