Bug Fixes

  • Secure camera — Camera reviews now open correctly over the lockscreen (#878)
  • Editor markup — Pen/highlight no longer hangs on the back gesture (#955)
  • Editor crop — No longer zooms in when the crop box goes out of bounds; the box now behaves like a plain selection rectangle (#956)
  • Editor adjustments — Tool icons un-highlight when a filter is scrubbed back to its default value (#957)
  • Editor undo — No-op adjustments no longer stack on the undo/revert history (#961)
  • Viewer rotate button — The pending rotate button persists through a cancelled swipe (#962)
  • Viewer top bar — Top-bar extras (rotate/lock/motion) fade out as the info panel expands and are hidden at full expand (#963)
  • Timeline — Cleared a pull-to-refresh spinner that could stay stuck forever when navigating away mid-refresh (#958)
  • Viewer scroll — Keeps the timeline scroll position when closing the viewer (#960, #965)
  • Viewer info panel — Dismisses the info panel instead of leaving it invisible but still interactive (#964)
  • Standalone view — "View all metadata" now works for images opened from an external VIEW intent (#946, #959)
  • Viewer metadata — Hides the "view all metadata" row when no metadata is available
  • Navigation — Toggling "use material navigation" no longer blinks/recomposes the whole screen (#973)
  • Navigation — Reserves the correct bottom inset for the floating nav bar when the system nav bar sits on the sides (e.g. 3-button nav in landscape)
  • Vault — Resolves vault-hide targets from raw selection ids (#970)

Variants

Variant Description
Standard Full-featured with maps, cloud providers, and all online capabilities. AI models can be downloaded after install.
Offline All online features removed — no maps, no cloud sync, no network permissions. AI models cannot be downloaded post-install; use the WithML variant if you need AI features.
NoML No AI/ML models bundled — smaller download. Models can be downloaded after install on Standard builds.
WithML Bundled on-device AI/ML models — face recognition, smart search work fully offline. Required for AI on Offline builds.
