Digitised herbarium image dataset for 200 plant species from the eastern USA, with four reproductive phenological phases plus PRISM climate data and population density.
Do plants in warmer or more urban areas leaf out / flower earlier, and does that raise their exposure to late frosts?
Where to start: Load the herbarium CSV. Relate a reproductive phenology phase to the PRISM climate fields and population density; focus on a few well-sampled species.
What to share: A plot of phenology vs. temperature/urbanisation and a note on the frost-risk implication.
