Where in Barcelona is NO₂ pollution worst around schools, and does it line up with traffic-heavy areas?

• Where to start: Load the small measurements CSV (watch the encoding — the loader handles it). Map the 725 measurements by location and look at the high-value clusters.
• What to share: A map of NO₂ hotspots and a paragraph on the pattern near schools.
