Challenge

What motivates volunteers to host a light-pollution sensor, and do motivations differ by profile (age, background, experience)?

• Where to start: Load the survey CSV. Summarise the motivation questions; cross one motivation against a demographic variable.
• What to share: Summary charts of volunteer motivations and one finding relevant to recruiting more of them.
