Challenge

Are Europe's farmland birds faring worse than its forest birds? Compare population trends across species groups over the available years.

• Where to start: Load the indices CSV (use the open subset only — see the license note). Group species by habitat if a habitat field exists, or by a small manual grouping, and average their indices per year.
• What to share: A chart comparing the grouped trends and a short conclusion about which group is declining faster.
