Http/2 support.

Hello,

i use keycloak > satosa proxy (with Gunicorn) > Idp

The idp changes the Http Protocol to Http/2 and its not working at all.

Would be really nice if you can support Http/2.

Okay i use Hypercorn and wrapp Unicorn to Hypercorn that works for me
