File doesn't generate Rebar with opencascade or cgal

Hi, I am trying to convert a file with rebars, and the file that converts doesn't contain rebars.

IFC:

Running with the last build for windows (c49ca69 - https://builds.ifcopenshell.org/)
The log is in attachment.

So IfcOpenShell isn't necessarily wrong here. The file is invalid for a couple of reasons as you can read from the log. But I've committed something to catch some exception. That's nearly a GB of rebar for you ;)
