Changing the Date filtering condition does not trigger filtering

When a date is entered as a filtering value and the filtering condition is changed, filtering is not applied.

• igniteui-angular version: 8.2.18

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-ffscu4-yhx7cs
2. Open filtering dialog for the "Order Date" column
3. Enter a date
4. Change the filtering condition to Before, then to After

Result

Filtering results are not updated after changing the condition.

Expected result

Filtering results to be updated after changing the condition.
