Remove the Angular Wrappers project setup

Currently the igniteui-cli still offers the option to generate a project with igniteui-angular-wrappers (ignite-ui jquery components angular wrappers). The wrappers have been discontinued and are no longer maintained and the only option for an Angular project should be with Ignite UI for Angular.
