Beta 0.1

This is the first pre-release version of Devstarter. It includes all the program features: creation of templates, help message and template manager. This version is only avaliable for Unix/Linux devices, as the scripts run on Bash. This version is marked as incomplete or pre-release because of the low number of templates and the possibility to change some features until the version 1.0.0 arrives.
