For 2D segmentation, to export a Cellpose3/4 model to the ONNX model and run in the C++ environment, we developed [cellpose-cpp](https://github.com/ryouchinsa/cellpose-cpp). This code is implemented on the macOS app [RectLabel](https://rectlabel.com).
