Fix removal of bukkit package remapping in paper
Motivation and Context
Paper removed the version remapping for craftbukkit packages in version 1.20.5 and above.
How Has This Been Tested?
Succesfully tested with a 1.20.4 and 1.20.6 spigot, paper and folia server.
