In the TC 10.80, we are expected to verify the frequency of connection attempt, I think, we should enhance the TC to verify the frequency of connection attempt.

Because there is no defined reconnection behavior in the v1.0 specification, we believe connection attempt frequency is outside the scope of the v1.0 conformance program. The specification only mandates that if a connection fails, the switch must reset the TCP connection. We recommend the test specification be amended to reflect this requirement.
