Sync doesnt complete fully on 32 Bit windows binaries.

Actual behaviour

• Sync stops at block 4137 due to error Sigma spend failed due to incorrect final response.

Desired behaviour

• Sync should complete to latest block without issues

Steps to reproduce

• Download the 32 bit binary in latest release.
• Run the 32 bit binary.Wait for sync to be past 4k blocks and on the exact block of 4137 checksigmaspendtransaction check will fail.

I recently saw this issue on Noir too. On the ARM Raspberry builds. If I find a fix for it, I will share it.
