Team Dynamics

Communication methods

• The team mainly uses Discord as the main tool for easy and accessible communication. Discord provides many benefits that are extremely suitable for the use case, as we use it regularly and it will not prompt any issues as the team is familiar with it. Discord facilitates easy communication that is on demand by either joining calls and working together or sending text messages

Meetings

• Our team will work in a hybrid dynamic, meaning our work would be divided to be on campus. However, its worth noting that working on campus with long meetings is much preferred and everyone agreed to have regular meetings on at least 3 days of the week on campus, such that we are always in sync with what we are doing.

Division of work

• The team has internally split into teams of 3, in order to follow scaled agile framework in order to maximize our productivity. We have internally split into 3 teams. The android studio team, the Arduino team and finally the song playing and downloading team.

Handling documents and files

The team puts documents in both a drive folder that we have created and in two discord channels called "Links" and "Documents" ##Conflict resolution

• In our team, we value open communication and constructive conflict resolution. When conflicts arise, we will follow a clear process to address them in a professional and respectful and professional manner. Therefore, if a discussion about the issue doesn't resolve the conflict, the issue will be taken to the entire group an a majority vote will be held.
