Incident Table (page where you can see all incidents)

• automatically sort by start time and add start time as a filter
• add the incident progress status (could be as a tag or maybe the whole row color or outline of the row?

• instead of Open, Closed, All, and "Show Only Escalated" change to Verification Stage, Confirmation Stage, Published (I don't think we will use the open, closed or escalated) I could be wrong about what to change to but these are preliminary ideas.

- remove escalated but can keep creator, assigned; sort by I think will also need to change but I don't know what to yet... maybe oldest to newest?

• automatically see which sources have reports assigned to an incident in the incident table with a tag sort of visual - enables users to quickly see if an incident is visible in both ioda and cloudflare or just one.
