- Introduced `validate_package_id_prefix.py` to ensure all projects in `.slnf` files comply with the required PackageId prefix. - Added tests for the validation script with edge case coverage. - Updated `shared-release-publish.yml` to include a step for running prefix validation. - Registered newly added script and tests in `InfiniFrame.slnx` for improved organization.
