Sorry for posting this in the discussion forum, but I felt I had to get in touch with you somehow, as the other thread has been closed and I can’t find a way to send you a private message.
First and foremost, my previous reply wasn't meant to be hostile; I was simply annoyed by the situation. As for what you're explaining now, I understand what you're saying, but in your previous reply you said that, as this thread wasn't the right one, I should create a new one to report the error. It looked to me as though the message had been deleted, so I couldn't copy and paste the content into a new thread. I also didn't see anything indicating, as you're explaining now, that another user had already submitted a report.
