Status WIP because there is still a big problem : i need to modify the pyhton folder more precisely \python3\site-packages\Sofa_init_.py line 164 there must be something like : Probleme being that, for users, this file is in the x64/...dll in the realse unitypackage not on github

Fix Problem for python scenes use in builds
When building there is now a copy of the "python" folder in x64 that is made in the build. Also fix sofa.ini problem
closes #252
