Support for JDK 21

Hi, thank you for providing this great InfluxDB 3.0 Java Client Library.

We are currently planning to upgrade our project to JDK 21, but we noticed in the documentation that:

⚠️ This client requires Java 11 and is compatible up to and including Java 20.

As JDK 21 is now the latest LTS version, it would be very helpful if this client library could officially support JDK 21 to allow the community to confidently adopt the newer version.
Thank you again for your work on this project. Looking forward to JDK 21 support!
