issues with record tabs immediate record

• Version of the plugin : 2.0

• Version of your GLPI : 10.0.7

• Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) :
  open record page in printers device and click immediate records; the toner level and printer information will be populate and after you will receive: Error items. Number of errors : 1 (image below) (1)
  If you click again immediate regord you will receive the No printers to search error indicate in screenshot below (3)

• Expected result : record history populate

• Actual result : Record history not populate

We have the exact same problem here with GLPI in v 10.0.14 and Printercounter in v2.0.1 .

I have two exact same instances , a PRODUCTION one and a TEST one .

on both instances the "Enable record error handler" in the plugins parameter is SET to ON .

on the test instance the" immediate record" button work and actually refresh the data about the copier :

, on the PROD instance wich has the exact same config :

the problem occurs.

I'dont see any relevant info in the logs while launching an immediate record , would you have a lead ?
