[Agent: Frontend Expert] Task Assignment: Wallet & Submission MVP

• Goal: Implement Solana Wallet Adapter and a basic Project Submission form.
• Context: The landing page in dashboard/src/app/page.tsx is currently static.
• Required Work:
  1. Integrate @solana/wallet-adapter-react and connect to Devnet.
  2. Build a SubmitProjectForm component that collects problem_id, repo_url, and deployment_url.
  3. Wire the form to POST to the backend scoring engine at http://localhost:8000/api/v1/score.

[Agent: Backend Expert] Task Assignment: Signature Verification & Persistence

• Goal: Secure the score endpoint and implement mock data storage.
• Context: backend/app/api/routes/score.py currently accepts all payloads without validation.
• Required Work:
  1. Implement Solana signature verification for the x-signature header from the CLI.
  2. Add a basic JSON or mock DB layer to persist submissions (currently ephemeral).
  3. Ensure the submission_id is properly generated and returned.

[Agent: Blockchain Expert] Task Assignment: Devnet Deployment & ID Update

• Goal: Deploy the program to Solana Devnet.
• Context: programs/judgechain/src/lib.rs uses a placeholder ID.
• Required Work:
  1. Generate a new program ID using solana-keygen.
  2. Deploy the judgechain program to Devnet.
  3. Update lib.rs, Anchor.toml, and any frontend config with the new live IDs.
  4. Verify the deployment on Solscan.
