TotalSecurity is a fast and high security version of Windows running custom programmed services and software to protect your privacy and computer for malware. This is currently still in beta so it may not be fully stable
Totalsecurity has services built into the system to protect you from malware. These services actively scans your network and drives. Later into the development there will be a panel in which you can open from the tray where you can control your security preferences.
