The LineLoadStrain{Lagrangian,Eulerian}.mha CID files were
committed as zero-byte placeholders in PR InsightSoftwareConsortium#52. Replace with
the actual 122,718-byte baseline content generated by the
StrainImageFilter test driver. sha256 of each blob verified
to match its CID multihash.

Replace the zero-byte placeholders for the two
LineLoadStrain*.mhaCIDs (committed via PR #52) with their actual baseline bytes. The gh-pages branch must serve real blob content; the zero-byte markers were a mistake.Provenance and verification
