This adds all 5 standard files: - README.md: explains shared-Go-code role, lists 9 packages with 1-line summaries - LICENSE: MIT, Copyright (c) 2026 InstaNode - SECURITY.md: responsible-disclosure (72h SLA, 90-day window, security@instanode.dev) - CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: short conduct policy - CONTRIBUTING.md: workflow + PR checklist No Go code changes.
