RiskFlow 1.0.0 — first stable release 🎉

RiskFlow is a native Windows desktop app for building and managing risk analyses: register, scoring, visual matrix and professional reports — fully offline, no account, no cloud.

Built with .NET 10 + WinUI 3, shipped as a self-contained, code-signed installer (no .NET runtime to install).

✨ Features

• Multiple analyses with a collapsible sidebar — create, rename, reorder, delete.
• Three matrix models: Standard 3×4, and multiplicative 4×4 / 5×5.
• Risk register showing every column: category, description, severity / likelihood (before & after mitigation), computed level, mitigation strategy and go/no-go.
• Visual risk matrix (before & after) with color-graded cells.
• Summary cards: total risks, critical, high, non-continuable.
• Risk editing panel, reordering (up/down) with automatic renumbering, and a toggleable Descriptions column.
• Categories: seven sensible defaults plus your own custom categories.

  • PDF export (register + before/after matrices) via QuestPDF.
  • Excel export (.xlsx) via ClosedXML.
  • JSON import/export in RiskFlow's native format to back up or share an analysis.
• Bilingual UI (FR / EN) with native Windows resources — interface and business scales (severity, likelihood, level, default categories) are fully translated, including in PDF/Excel exports. Language is applied on restart.
• Light / Dark / System theme.

📦 Installation

1. Download RiskFlow-Setup.exe below.
2. Run it — the binary and installer are digitally signed.
3. Windows 10 / 11, x64. Nothing else to install (self-contained).

📝 Notes

• Free-text content you enter (risk titles, descriptions, analysis names, renamed categories) is kept exactly as typed; only the built-in scales and default labels are localized.
• Your data stays local in a SQLite database on your machine.
