bug: Regolar Playlist adding song from "Songs" screen with + small popup window ,do not work

What happened?

there is a small popup window in "Songs" page , all the way to the right side mark with +, when clicking on it a small window popup with options to add a song the playlists , the all window do not work , so cannot add songs from this option ... see screen ...
