Add information about privacy details/policy

Hello,

it would be good to have these questions answered somewhere:

- Where is all the collected data stored, e. g. which path needs to be cleaned up from sensitive/personal data?
- Is a local or cloud LLM used?
- Is the LLM trained/improved by the usage of the tool?

This is necessary to know to be aware of how sensible stuff can be safely processed by this.
