Polish Evident product copy and branding

Evident Evidence

Polishes the public repository into a cleaner product-facing open source package under the one-word project name Evident.

What changed:

• Reworked README.md into a professional landing page with the Evident logo hero image
• Added stack tags for Node.js, GitHub Actions, JSON Schema, OpenSSF Scorecard, SARIF, GitHub PRs, and default-deny external action policy
• Added service-module tagging for the evidence writer, envelope validator, external-action guard, PR workflow, Scorecard workflow, and PR template
• Renamed public workflow, scripts, fixture paths, package scripts, evidence file, artifact name, and schema version to Evident naming
• Updated docs, security copy, package metadata, NOTICE, workflow label, and PR template labels to use Evident branding
• Added docs/assets/evident-hero.png as the landing product image
• Kept repository URL/package wiring compatible with IntelIP/agentic-git-workflow

Validation:

• npm run check -> pass
• node --check on all Evident scripts -> pass
• package/schema/example JSON parse -> pass
• AJV draft 2020 schema validation with external policy schema -> pass
• stale/private reference scan -> no matches
• generated Evident evidence envelope validation -> pass
• external-action policy validation -> pass
• GitHub Evident evidence check -> pass
• local Codex review with gpt-5.5 -> no blocking issues
• product image verified as 1672 x 225 PNG

• No deploy attempted
• No migration attempted
• No infrastructure/DNS/hosting/billing/live-money action attempted
• No credentialed provider read attempted
• No secret values read
