Added a few more items to the always ignored 'control' characters list.
Redaction behavior for Spaces and Symbols can now be selected from dropdown menus in settings:
- Ignore: Leaves the character as is.
- Redact: Replaces with the redaction character.
- Delete: Deletes the character.
