LLPACKAGE wrong? FILETYPE property

It appears that `LLPACKAGE` has the wrong `FILETYPE` property.
It is `COMPILE-FILE` which causes `CLEANUP` to compile it to `DFASL`, but the existing compiled file is `LCOM`.
Should the `FILETYPE` property be `TCOMPL`?
