This restores the files that got nulled out by a bad COPYFILE behavior. I copied the original files from Venue/lispusers, coppies them to lispusers/talk and renamed them according to the hyphen conventions (moving the COMS appropriately, adjusting FILES that co-reference any of the these files).
As noted in the TALK.TEDIT, more work needs to be done to make these work in modern Medley, perhaps more even to compile them.
This is only aimed at recovering the previous contents. Fixes #2236
