I'm fighting with Linux builds right now -- some recent update nuked libstdc++ on ubuntu, and my Suse build needs lots of updates. And apparently Suse can't install some of the required packages. Crap, now I have to fix ubuntu.

Then I've got to integrate some of your changes, and test a lot more profiles.

LMK if can help with anything, CI is good for win, mac & linux, regression, CTest etc.. its good for PR/Merge.

I finally got the ubuntu build running, had to reinstall way too many things just to fix a bunch of symlinks...
And fixed the build (I missed some headers).
