Wolf in Sheeps Clothing - Flight Recorder can't be collected, plus other non-salvageable objects in other example

Description

Tao Compliance/enkl0001 reported that they can't collect one of the flight recorders when their drones should collect it without any issue. I've tried their savegame and concur this is bugged:

This may be related to something else I noticed since Alpha 12, there are some other objects I can't salvage either (Deuterium canister, precious metal bale) in this savegame:

Yes

Expected behavior

Any free object that isn't stuck to a dead drone should be salvageable.

Actual behavior

Drones are ignoring some objects.

The Flight Recorder lacks the "Salvage true" property.

I don't know what's going on with that deuterium—it's not in the Free Space layer for system 10 (which is why you can't get at it). I'm guessing the game still considers it to be inside the ship that blew up (which you'd think shouldn't be possible).

Interesting. Possibly they were on a floor tile which decayed with the ship hulk, but left the objects floating in space still with the indoor definition?

I goofed on that deuterium. I thought it was in System 10 (and therefore couldn't find it in the file)—it's actually in System 5 and indeed simply lacks the Salvage flag:

I may be experiencing a similar issue with Alpha 13 (during the same mission in which you're tasked to recover 3 flight recorders).
