Update and fix some error

Update:

• Added automatic verification login based on the player’s IP
• Locked commands in the console
• Blocked .server plugins commands from clients such as Meteor, etc.

Fixes:

• logout-actions will check op-whitelist
• Fixed crashes on servers running Folia
• Fixed a few minor bugs
• Adjusted IP forwarding configuration
