Program crash when compressing directory with file currently accessed by another process (version 3.0 a3 and 4)

It seems that whenever I tried to use the alpha 3 and 4 versions to compress the ProgramData directory as a test, it'll always crash during the compression. Upon checking the event log it seems that it triggered a System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'insert file here' because it is being used by another process. This didn't seem to have happened in previous alpha versions, and I was wondering if a skipping mechanism will be implemented such that it'll simply skip the files currently being used to prevent it from crashing midway during the compression.

Hmm I think that might be because of the switch to using the Win32 API directly, there's a difference between "inaccessible" and "in use" which I didn't account for. I'll fix that for the next version. Thanks!

Similarly when a path's access is denied like in this case: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'insert file here' is denied, and the program also crashes.
