This pull request removes all cache management logic from the backoffice service, including the use of the custom
cachemanagerpackage and its interfaces. The backoffice handlers now interact directly with the repository for event operations, simplifying the codebase and reducing dependencies. The cache-related code and abstractions have been deleted from both the service setup and handler implementations.
