최신 레코드를 조회할 때 기준 시간이 필요한 이유가 무엇인가요? |

최신레코드에서 기준이 되는 시간이 필요합니다. 기준 시간이 없다면 페이지네이션을 하는 과정에서 중복으로 데이터가 조회 될 수 있기 때문에 시간을 받기로 결정했습니다. |
