Polish release driven by fresh-install testing (and a couple of AI code reviewers).

Fixed

  • Fresh installs start with just Claude + Codex enabled — a PC with zero detected AI tools no longer enables all 18 providers
  • Rapidly toggling providers in Customize kept only the last change; toggles now apply instantly and save reliably
  • Disabled providers disappear immediately from the dashboard, Total Spend donut, and tray strip
  • Total Spend shows a quiet "No spend data yet" card on machines whose CLIs haven't logged usage

Improved

  • Windows binary metadata: publisher Pane, copyright, and file descriptions (security scanners judged the anonymous exe harshly — fairly)
  • The setup exe now wears the Pane icon instead of NSIS's stock one
  • New-install defaults: 1-minute refresh, Always Show Pacing, all three quota alerts on, dark theme, compact layout

Install

Pane_0.4.1_x64-setup.exe below (per-user, no admin). Existing 0.4.0 installs will offer this update automatically.

Install

Download Pane_0.4.0_x64-setup.exe below and run it (per-user install, no admin). SmartScreen may warn since the installer is not yet code-signed — More info → Run anyway.
