Summary

• The Backend Schema of getting Medicines was not set correctly, added new properties in models/Med.js related to medicinal information in it.
• Backend was not getting connected, so added dotenv in index.js with correct path name of .env file (Set your .env file name in path dotenv.config({ path: './env.env' });).
• Used Axios to call the REST API.
• Made a complete responsive (Tablet, Mobile, Desktop) page for getting the medicines from the backend. These changes could be seen in Medicines.js and Medicines.css.
