Persistent local storage with conceptual auto-categorization

I’m thinking about how to make the search results more persistent. Instead of treating web data as transient session info, can we store the retrieved data directly within the container?

The Workflow:

Conceptual Classification: For every search performed, the system should automatically categorize the data into a structured local dataset based on concepts/topics.

Local-First Query: For future interactions, the AI should prioritize querying this local dataset first. No need to re-search the web if the answer is already "learned."

Smart Fallback: If the local data is insufficient or the query is out of scope, the AI then autonomously triggers a live web search to fill the gaps and updates the local storage.

Goal:
This would turn the tool into an evolving knowledge base that gets faster and more efficient the more it’s used, while significantly reducing redundant API calls.
