Hey @everyone,

Perplexica is now Vane. ✨

As I mentioned in my last post, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a massive transition to ensure the long term sustainability of the project.

Why Vane?

A vane is a precision instrument designed to show direction. In a web full of noise, our goal is to be the anchor that points you exactly where you need to go.

What this means for you:

• Transition in Progress: We’ve already updated the GitHub repo and codebase to reflect the new name. We are still working on the new logos and branding, so you’ll see those rolling out across our documentation and Docker images over the coming days.
• Same Mission: The project remains 100% open source. Our core mission hasn't changed, to provide you with the best open source AI answering experience possible.

I also want to say a massive thank you to all of you. Hitting 32,000 stars is an incredible milestone and I’m beyond grateful for the support this community has shown. I'm excited to move into this next chapter with all of you.

The repository and documentation are being updated as we speak.
