Cmd‑C, finally with a moment. Blip confirms every copy right in your notch — and tells you what you grabbed. Not a clipboard manager. 100% local, no network.

Install

  1. Download Blip-0.1.0.dmg below.
  2. Open it and drag Blip into Applications.
  3. Launch it — it lives in your menu bar. (Signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens with no Gatekeeper warning.)

Requires macOS 14+.

Highlights

  • Content-aware notch confirmation: text (preview + word/char count), colors (swatch + HEX/RGB), images (thumbnail + dimensions), files (side-by-side QuickLook tray), links (domain).
  • Shows the app you copied from, a ×N streak for rapid copies, and — on hover — quick actions (Open link, Reveal in Finder, Save image, Paste as plain text, Copy RGB/HSL).
  • Private by design: local-only, no network, no clipboard history; password-manager copies show hidden.
  • Native SwiftUI/AppKit, Apple-grade design, with a notch silhouette + animation inspired by NotchDrop.
