Setting API keys in the config

Pterodactyl's API has 2 types of endpoints which require different API keys. Some of the scripts interact with the API of the panel and require both keys to function normally.

The APP_API_KEY entry should be setup with a key from the "Application API" tab in the administrative part of the panel:

The CLIENT_API_KEY entry should be setup with a key from the "Account API" tab in the user part of the panel:
